"Where great minds take root."
ThinkRoot Young Leaders
Schools teach reading, writing, and arithmetic. But who teaches kids how to manage their own mind?

Your child is being taught everything except how to think.

Every child carries a remarkable inner world — thoughts, emotions, self-beliefs — that shapes everything from their grades to their friendships to their confidence. Yet no one teaches them how it works.

ThinkRoot Young Leaders fills that gap. In 6 weekly sessions, children ages 8–14 discover the science behind their own minds — and leave with a practical toolkit they'll use for life.

Anxiety and self-doubt that no one has given them tools to address
Freedom from overthinking and the negative loops that drain their energy
No framework for handling tough situations — conflicts, pressure, big emotions
A growing sense that feelings are something they can work with — not just survive
What they discover

Six skills that change everything.

Each week builds on the last — creating a complete foundation of inner science that children can draw on for the rest of their lives.

01
The science of thought
Why the brain generates 60,000+ thoughts a day — and why most are negative by design. They are not their thoughts.
02
How information gets stored
Neuroplasticity and emotional memory. What we experience shapes us — and those patterns can be changed.
03
Rewiring thought patterns
Using Hebb's Law and cognitive reframing to turn negative self-talk into accurate, empowering inner dialogue.
04
The science of kindness
Oxytocin, prosocial behavior, and why compassion is a biological superpower — not just a nice idea.
05
Forgiveness as a reset
How holding resentment keeps the body in chronic stress — and why letting go is something you do for yourself.
06
I am the author
Bringing it together: your child leaves with a personal inner science toolkit and the confidence to use it.

Each session follows a consistent rhythm: breathwork to settle, a science concept, hands-on activity, journaling, and group reflection. The structure creates safety — children always know what to expect, so they can go deeper each week.

Materials included: personal journal, printed worksheets, weekly takeaway cards. Ages 8–14.

The journey

Six weeks. One complete inner science foundation.

01
Meet your mind
"You are not your thoughts. You are the one watching them."
Introduction to how the brain generates thoughts, the negativity bias, and the observer practice. Children learn to create space between themselves and their thoughts.
02
How information gets stored
"Your brain is always learning — even from things that hurt."
Neuroplasticity and emotional memory. The "Backpack" exercise — understanding what we carry and where it came from.
03
The power of patterns
"What you repeat, you strengthen."
Hebb's Law and cognitive reframing. Children practice upgrading their own thought patterns with science-based tools.
04
Love, compassion, and the science behind them
"Kindness is a biological superpower."
Oxytocin, heart coherence, and the compassion experiment. Children discover that how we treat others — and ourselves — has measurable effects on the body.
05
Forgiveness as a nervous system reset
"Letting go is something you do for yourself."
The physiology of resentment and release. Children learn that forgiveness is not about excusing — it's about stopping the body from re-living injury on repeat.
06
I am the author
"You have more influence over your inner world than you think."
Synthesis and celebration. Each child creates their personal inner science toolkit and receives their program certificate.

Tina Puri

Some of the most important skills your child will ever need — how to manage their thoughts, handle pressure, and believe in themselves — are not taught in any school. Tina Puri has spent eight years studying exactly those skills. And she is now bringing them to your child.

Those who have worked with Tina consistently describe her as a teacher who shows up fully — and goes far beyond what's expected.
